Established in 2023, High Seas began with a simple idea: make an exceptionally clean vodka that feels unmistakably at home in Nova Scotia.

We start with pure water sourced from local aquifers, then blend and bottle in Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley using high-quality Canadian grains for a silky-smooth finish.

The result is a vodka that is ultra-smooth, cocktail-ready, and just as good enjoyed straight — proudly local without taking itself too seriously.
